美国最权威的学术杂志《The Scientist》公布了“2003年最佳科研院校”（Best Places to Work in Scientific Institutions 2003）的最终评选结果，调研分为USA TOP 10和NON-USA TOP 10两部分，在NON-USA TOP 10中，比利时两所大学榜上有名，具体排名如下：
